1. Information Stored in the App

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

• Contact names and birthdays
• Gift ideas and greeting suggestions
• Notes and photos related to contacts
• Your app preferences and settings

Data can be added through:

• Manual entry
• Import from iOS Contacts (with your permission) - imports only the contact's name (formed from given name, family name, and organization name) and birthday date
• Import from CSV files

2. How Your Data is Used

The app uses your data exclusively to provide its core features:

• Displaying your contacts and their birthdays
• Showing upcoming birthdays in the home screen widget
• Sending birthday reminders
• Generating PDF reports and CSV exports

All data remains on your device and is only processed locally. I do not have access to any data you enter or import into the app.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device using Core Data. The app does not use iCloud, servers, or any cloud synchronization services.

4. Data Sharing

I do not collect, share, sell, or transfer your data to any third parties. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

5. Your Control Over Data

You have full control over your data:

• Add, edit, or delete contacts
• Import data from various sources
• Export data to backup or transfer it
• Manage all app permissions in device Settings
• Delete all data by uninstalling the app

6. Changes to This Policy

I may update this privacy policy. The current version will always be available in the app and on my GitHub page.
